This policy covers emotionmedia.co.uk. Our tools run on their own subdomains and are covered by their own policies, linked from each tool.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal data. It records the page requested, the referring site, and general device and country information. None of it identifies you, and we cannot use it to single you out.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To serve and protect the site, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request headers. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its own terms.

Email

If you email hello@emotionmedia.co.uk we use your message and address only to reply and, where relevant, to act on what you have told us. We do not add you to a mailing list. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful, then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to provide it in a portable form. Because this site sets no cookies and our analytics collect no personal data, in practice this covers email correspondence.

To exercise any of these, email hello@emotionmedia.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above.
